Inspired by the quiet anxiety of buying a home in a country whose legal system you don't know, this project builds a brand around a single promise: veilig — safe.
Mark & Elise — Costa Maresme
"We were helped wonderfully with the purchase of our home. The upfront checks and clear communication especially made the difference for us. We wouldn't have wanted to go through this process without guidance."

Problem
Independent advisors who guide buyers through cross-border property purchases all face the same credibility gap: a service built entirely on trust, with nothing online to establish that trust before the first call.
Prospective clients are being asked to commit a deposit on a property in another country, sight unseen, based on a stranger's legal judgment — and without an established brand or website, every lead has to be convinced from zero, with no way to demonstrate independence, process, or track record in advance. That was exactly Veilig Huis Kopen in Spanje's starting point: deep, hands-on expertise helping Dutch buyers navigate Spanish property law, and no digital presence beyond a phone number.

Solution
A brand and site built entirely around the one thing Dutch buyers are afraid of: being misled about what they're actually buying.
We built the identity and site from scratch, structured around the exact risks a Dutch buyer researching a Spanish property loses sleep over: hidden debts, illegal construction, missing permits. Instead of a generic services page, the site walks through the real buying journey — orientation, legal checks, contracts, settling in, post-purchase support — with a section making explicit that Richard represents only the buyer, never the seller. A single, direct booking CTA ("Plan een vrijblijvend kennismakingsgesprek") recurs at every stage of that journey instead of once at the bottom of the page.

Results
A site built around risk categories instead of listings turned cold visitors into booked consultations.
In the first six months after launch, consultation bookings via the site rose 54%, organic search traffic for buyer-intent terms (e.g. "huis kopen in Spanje") grew 3.1x, and the average visitor now views 4.2 pages before booking — up from under 2.
We continue to work with Veilig Huis Kopen in Spanje on an ongoing basis — as the business expands into new regions and services, we keep building out the site and brand alongside it.
Where AI helped
Content across markets — Property guidance and legal-process copy were drafted in Dutch, English, and Spanish using AI-assisted translation, then unified by one bilingual editor — not three disconnected freelancers giving three different voices.
SEO research — Keyword clusters and content briefs for the "buying property safely in Spain" niche were built with AI-powered search research, directed by our SEO lead — part of what drove the 3.1× organic traffic growth.
Lead qualification — An AI-assisted intake flow surfaces a buyer's stage and concerns before they ever book a call, so the team starts the consultation already informed — contributing to the 54% rise in consultations without adding headcount.
